Stock

Most of our products in our catalogue are kept as stock on hand at our store and dispatch centre. These will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. 

Some products are Order in Items and will be ordered from our supplier within 24 hours of your order. Most Order in Items will arrive 3-8 business days from order. If there is a delay we will contact you.

Shipping

Within Australia - All items are shipped using Australia Post. Heavy items will be couriered. Delivery times are dependent on your location, lead times and any delays experienced by Australia Post. If you require your product urgently please contact us prior to ordering and we will quote you an Express Post price.

Delivery costs for larger items will not be known until we post the items. Please pay the shipping allocated to the item you purchase and should postage cost more, we will contact you.

International - We do offer shipping overseas. Insurance is required on all items and will be shipped via Australia Post. If you are shipping to an international address we will contact you

Handling 

We do not charge any handling fees.

Returns and exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on items if we receive a returns request within 7 days of purchase. Goods may only be refunded or exchanged subject to the following:

a) Goods have original packaging.

b) You have proof of purchase.

c) Goods are not used and are not marked or damaged. It must be in brand new condition.

Process:

a) Contact us via email at sales@jammotorsport.com.au , or in store to request your exchange.

b) Goods to be returned to us in original condition, with packaging and original receipt at your own expense. 

c) If posting, package must include clear instructions requesting an exchange and the changes required for the replacement products. 

d) We highly recommend you post your return with tracking. We are not responsible for any returns that we do not receive. 

e) You must include a prepaid addressed package for us to return to you the replacement goods.
